Famine of Inspiration

You know that scene in 'The September Issue' where AndrĂ© Leon Talley lamented about how " there's a famine of beauty"? Well, I have a similar frustration. Sort of. I feel like I'm stuck in a rut. There's just not enough inspiration around me. Nothing amazing to the senses. Nothing that really strikes my sensibilities so hard that it blows me away. I want to do more, be more. I need more amazing things; thoughts, ideas, sounds, tastes, experiences, sights.

Random beauty on the back of my door

Just like this, but magnified by a thousand times. I love the contrast of shine and matte. I love the different neutral tones with the metallic accent. I want something like this to translate to my lifestyle. Do you get what I'm saying? No? Well, to start with, I seriously want/need a new, awesome job. I want more dynamic elements on my mood board. That's another way of putting it.

May is ending in a few minutes. June, it's up to you to turn things around. Help me make it all better, yeah? Thanks.
